Once you're in, you'll see the main feed screen with tabs at the top to sort the photos by Number of Likes, Date Entered, or Just Friends. The theme of the week is displayed across the top of the screen along with the prize, and only photos from that week show up in the feed. Across the bottom of the screen, you'll see options for adding a photo of your own, either by choosing one from your camera roll or by taking a new one, and for viewing the winning photos from previous weeks in the Hall of Fame. To like a photo, just tap its thumbnail to view it in fullscreen, and then tap on the "Heart" icon to show your love. You can also leave a comment if you'd like, and you can follow individual users by going to their profile page and selecting the Follow link. This app is free, and you can invite your friends via e-mail straight from the app. The only problem we found during testing was that the app crashed every time we tried to view the Hall of Fame. Otherwise, though, it ran smoothly and stayed up to date as more likes were added and different photos moved into the lead. Whether you'd like to compete, yourself, or you just like to check out the great photos other people take, this is a fun app to try. Syzzle is part social network and part concert listings, which all adds up to a great resource for finding live music you'll love in your area. You can browse listings near you, or search for your favorite artists, and then share your experiences with other users through video clips. Different perspectives: One thing we really liked about this app during testing was that you could view events in a list or on a map, so you can more easily decide which venue you'd like to visit and how to get there. Even in the list, though, events show up with their distance from you listed next to them, so you can more easily plan your excursion. Social aspect: Viewing live music is inherently social, and this app takes that to a whole new level by giving you the ability to follow other users and share your own concert experiences. When you're at a show, you can take a video of up to ten seconds straight from the app, and anyone following you can see just what you were seeing. Similarly, you'll be privy to the concert-going experiences of other users you follow; so if you're not sure about a particular show, you can get a sneak peek first to see if you really want to go. Jumbled interface: This app can be hard to navigate, and sometimes it seems like the designers had a lot of ideas but didn't know how to put them all together. The app is packed with features, but it doesn't always make a lot of sense what you have to do to get from one to another. Whether you're at a live show every weekend or just like to check out the local music scene once in a while, you'll be glad to have Syzzle at your dis
