A small menu appears after startup that contains a picture of a Mac screen and a short explanation on how to use Itc Conduit Font for Mac. Check boxes allow the user to round any of the screen's corners. Removing or adding marks to the check boxes immediately removes or adds the edges. A slider allows changes to the size of the corners and can considerably shrink the screen size. Changes can also be applied to the main menu, or all menus if the user desires. There is an About button that displays the current version of this application and a Quit button to exit the app. During testing all of the available functions responded quickly, but the program lacked any other features. While Itc Conduit Font for its limited purpose, Itc Conduit Font for Mac lacks any additional features that would increase its appeal. It's worthwhile only if you want to make a few minor changes to your screen's appearance. The aptly named Itc Conduit Font for Mac adds a copyright watermark to your online images with a minimum of fuss. This freeware program lacks an installer, which requires the user to click and drag the file to the Applications folder. The folder containing the program also held readme, licensing agreement, and tutorial files. The tutorial file helped, even though the application had an easy-to-use menu. Itc Conduit Font for Mac has clearly labeled areas where the user can drag folders containing image files. A second box shows where the watermark
image may be dragged. The user can also select the general location of the watermark, although being able to pinpoint the precise location where the image sits would have been a welcome feature. The image transparency is also customizable. The freeware program advertises for donations and the menu, as well as the readme file, contains some informal writing. Overall, this is not much of a distraction since the program works well and places the watermark as advertised. Itc Conduit Font for Mac would be a welcome addition for users who want the ability to quickly place
a watermark on an image or a group of images. The program is easy to use and performs its functions well. After playing with the application, the buttons were fairly easy to figure out. Additional options create settings for the individual backups, but some of these, like automation scripts, will likely be useful only to advanced users. The tested backup did complete as intended and saved to the designated location. Itc Conduit Font for Mac works well once you get the hang of it, but we wouldn't recommend it to novice users, who may find the lack of direction and complexity of the more advanced features to be too much of a barrier. For those who want a scanning program that adds features over those of native Mac applications, Itc Conduit Font for Mac does just that--and it performed well in our tests.
